Cancel up to 24-hours prior with no charge. Late cancellations incur 50% of visit charge.
Request up to 1pm day prior for all Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday visits. Request up to 1pm Thursday for all Saturday, Sunday, or Monday visits. Late requests incur $25/visit late request fee.

To begin working with Paige’s In-Home Pet Care, we require a working set of keys or access via keypad. Prior to your first reservation, a team member will pick your keys up at no cost to you.
We do our best to pair you with your regular pet care provider. When your pet care provider has time off, another member of our team will be available to schedule a meet and greet then provide service.
All clients have access to a personalized portal for scheduling, cancelling, payments and providing our staff with the most up-to-date information about your pet and their needs.
We have a dedicated staff available to assist you in case you have any urgent requests or needs.
You can expect a notification when we arrive along with a daily report letting you know details of the visit, notes about your pet, time and duration of our visit and social media-worthy photos of your pet(s).
All pet care providers are fully vetted and trained by our team to ensure that your pets have the best care.
